Senior Graduation Announcements Order Form

Graduation Announcements - please answer each question thoroughly with the information for your graduation announcement. Ordering for these will begin April 1st, but before we can order we need to have your card created. So let's get your card started so all I have to do is plug in any party/graduation dates/times once finalized.

All of the above information is EXACTLY how I want it on the graduation card. I understand that I will be able to review it all and make changes once I receive the mock up. Mette McConnell is NOT responsible for any errors once mock up is approved.
