1) Pick out style and quantity.  ONE IMAGE PER STYLE -PER ORDER -PER ORDER FORM  (for multiple images for the same sign style please fill out another form for each image.) 

2) Fill in the information required for that sign.

"Name" can be first, last, first & last, or a nickname.  If you want it blank please type "NO NAME" in the response box.  Please note: long names will have a smaller font used.

3) If photo is from another photographer, please send Mette a copy or photo of the print release for approval to print image.  Mette McConnell Photography is NOT responsible for getting approval from other photographers for you, and photo will not be printed without it, no exceptions.   If you are a MMP client please contact Mette to tell her which photo to use. 940-595-6850

4) Upload your image at the bottom of the form.

- Signs will be ready for pick up between April 8th and 12th.  YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL.
